Do not list your properties or rentals with a ridiculously low sale or rental price: make it a good faith estimate of something "in the ball park." If you don't immediately understand what is meant by that, you probably should not be using this site.

Remember, if you sign up via Facebook or Google you need to click the Facebook or Google icon in the login popup. Likewise, if you originally signed up with email, you must use that method to login every time. You can not use a different login method than the one you used to sign up with.
If you want you can delete your account, and sign back up again with your preferred method. Or, you can maintain multiple accounts with different login methods. It's up to you.

However, this site is geared towards expats and those who have the English skills necessary to fully engage with expats.
Although it is completely open and free for anybody to use, if you encounter an agent or owner who engages in shifty practices please let us know.

You can't, but you can create more than one account with different emails.
We need to have the email remain the same for each particular account. You can change your phone number, whatsapp, display name, and website link for your account very easily in the "Settings" section of the backend admin panel. You have access to that area after you sign up.

Please go to the contact page and send us an email. Send us the message FROM the email associated with your account.
FYI, you can create multiple accounts if you wish.
